Iconic Comics Bags – Everyday Comic Protection
Iconic Comics Bags are our own range of high-quality comic book storage bags, designed for collectors who want reliable everyday protection with excellent clarity and fit.
Manufactured from 2 mil crystal-clear polypropylene, they provide a durable protective barrier without compromising the appearance of your comics. The high-clarity finish keeps cover artwork clearly visible while your comic remains safely enclosed.
Available in Current Age and Silver Age sizes, they're ideal for individual issues, complete series runs, new releases and everyday additions to your collection.
Mylites2 – Premium Mylar Comic Protection
For valuable comics and collectors seeking premium long-term protection, E. Gerber Mylites2 are manufactured from 2 mil Mylar® polyester film and provide an archival-quality alternative to conventional comic bags.
Mylites2 are designed to provide exceptional resistance to moisture and oxygen transmission, with zero off-gassing from the Mylar film. This makes them particularly well suited to protecting key comics, valuable issues, vintage books, first appearances, signed comics and other important books in your collection.
The crystal-clear Mylar provides outstanding clarity and presentation, making Mylites2 an excellent choice when you want to both protect and display valuable comics.
Our Mylites2 range includes:
- Regular/Silver Size – a versatile size suitable for many Silver Age comics as well as Bronze, Copper and Modern comics.
- Silver/Golden Size – a wider option designed to accommodate larger Silver Age and Golden Age comics.
For the best support and protection, Mylites2 can be paired with appropriately sized comic backing boards.
Current Age Comic Bags
Our Current Age Iconic Comics Bags are designed for modern and Current Age comic books, providing a close, secure fit for the standard dimensions commonly used for contemporary comics.
They're ideal for protecting individual issues, complete series runs, new releases and everyday additions to your collection.
Silver Age Comic Bags
Our larger Silver Age Iconic Comics Bags accommodate the wider dimensions associated with Silver Age and many older comic books.
They're an ideal choice for collectors protecting Silver Age comics, vintage issues and older key comics that require additional space compared with Current Age books.
Comic Bags for Everyday & Premium Protection
For general collection storage, Iconic Comics 2 mil polypropylene bags provide excellent clarity and reliable everyday protection. For valuable comics where premium archival protection is preferred, Mylites2 Mylar comic bags provide a significant upgrade in material and long-term preservation.
